(2) A visual tool to generate Dashboards with meaningful graphics. A dashboard is a visual interface that provides at-a-glance views into key measures relevant to a particular objective or business process.
Dashboards have three main attributes:
- Dashboards are typically graphical in nature, providing visualizations that help focus attention on key trends, comparisons, and exceptions.
- Dashboards often display only data that are relevant to a specific goal.
- Dashboards only contain predefined conclusions that relieve the end user from performing his own analysis.

Reports Module: This utility allows to generate excel like data, extracted for a table or a combination of tables coming from the CRM, that can be filtered, subtotaled, accumulated and so, in order to show the desired data in the front. This report tool is prepared to generate tabular data that can be then printed, extracted to Excel or to PDF.
Dashboards Module: A set of graphics with meaningful data in regard of the different modules of the system. These dashboards are divided in categories that cover most of functionalities of the whole system.
Business Intelligence Module: A combination of reports and dashboards that can be adapted in order to have real decision making controls inside of the system for management of the business.
